The Kingdom and the Spirit of Revival

Acts 2: 42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. 44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common; 45 And sold their possessions and goods. and parted them to all men, as every man had need. 46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people, And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

The First Evangelist- First Revival

John 4: 25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messiahs cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. 26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. 27 And upon this came his disciples, and marveled that he talked with the woman; yet no man said, what seekest thou? or, why  talkest thou with her? 28 The woman then left her water-pot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, 29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ? 30 Then they went out of the city, and came unto him.

John 4:39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did.  40 So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they besought him that he would tarry with them: and he abode there two days. 41 And many more believed because of his own word.

God's Promise

Acts 1: 8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Acts 2: 41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Acts 4: 1 And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducee, came upon them. 2 Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead. 3 And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide. 4 Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.

The Power of God

1 Corinthians 2: 5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Deeper Waters

Luke 5: 1 And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Genneasrte, 2 And saw two ships standing by the lake, but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets. 3 And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon's, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little form the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship. 4 Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. 5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing; nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. 6 And when they had this done; the in closed a great multitude of fishes; and their net brake. 7 And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.
